One of the most recognisable watches in the world is the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch. The iconic chronograph, which took part in all six moon landings, is a powerful illustration of the brand’s attitude of daring exploration.
This 42 mm stainless steel Moonwatch is showcased on a polished-brushed bracelet with five arched links per row. It has sapphire crystal glass on both the front and the caseback. It also has an asymmetrical casing, a black step dial with the OMEGA logo affixed, and the renowned dot over 90 on the anodized aluminium bezel ring, which are all inspired by the 4th generation Speedmaster style that was worn on the moon.
The OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861 operates the central chronograph function, the tiny seconds sub-dial, the 30-minute and 12-hour recorders, and the watch.
